5,000 BPH PET bottled water production line
Welpack delivered an integrated 5,000 BPH PET bottled water production line designed to support a complete bottled water production process. The project covers water treatment, bottle rinsing, filling, capping, sleeve labeling, conveyor integration and end-of-line packaging.
The production line was engineered with the individual machines connected into an integrated system, allowing bottles to move efficiently through each stage of production. From water treatment through filling and final packaging, the system was designed for reliable operation, hygienic processing and consistent material flow.

In addition to supplying the equipment, Welpack carried out the integration of the production line, including control and automation, installation, testing and commissioning. This approach allows the processing, packaging and conveying equipment to operate together as one complete system.
