Replacing a can seamer inside a running line
Welpack carried out the replacement of an existing can seamer machine for Etika Dairies in Klang, Selangor. The project involved replacing the old can seaming equipment and integrating the replacement machine into the existing production line.
Following installation and commissioning, quality inspection was carried out to verify the can seaming condition and ensure consistent seam quality. The inspection included checking the finished cans and evaluating the double seam profile as part of the commissioning and quality verification process.
