How VFFS Works

Film Unwind

A roll of flexible packaging film is fed into the machine, providing the material to form each bag efficiently.

Forming Tube

The film passes through a forming tube, shaping it into a vertical bag ready to hold the product while maintaining precise dimensions.

Vertical Seal

The edges of the film are sealed vertically to create a secure pouch, ensuring the product stays safely inside during filling.

Product Fill

The product, whether powder, granules, liquid, or solids, is accurately dispensed into the bag using a suitable filling system.

Horizontal Seal

After filling, the top of the bag is sealed horizontally, preserving freshness and hygiene while completing the bag structure.

Cut

The sealed bag is cut from the continuous film, ready for handling or secondary packaging, and the cycle repeats automatically for high-speed production.
