Shrink Tunnel
Controlled recirculating heat shrinks film tight around cartons, bottles, trays and bundles - a secure, tamper-evident wrap after the sealer. Configured to your speed, product size and film.

Shrink Tunnel
A shrink tunnel uses controlled, recirculating heat to shrink film tight around a product after the sealer. Products are first sealed inside shrink film by an L-type or automatic sealer, then carried through the heated tunnel on a rod conveyor, where the film contracts to the product's shape and forms a secure, tamper-evident wrap that protects against dust, moisture and damage.
With over 10 years of experience supplying sealer-and-tunnel lines to food, beverage, cosmetics and electronics manufacturers across Malaysia, Welpack matches the tunnel to your production speed, product dimensions and film type, whether you run small batches or a high-speed automated line. Every tunnel comes with local installation and after-sales service from our Puchong, Selangor facility.
