L Type Sealer Machine
An L-type sealer machine is used in the form of an automatic production line which consists of wrapping, sealing, and pre-preparation of products to be packed in shrink bags form in a continuous operation. Goods are loaded onto the conveyor into the center-folded film after which the system cuts and seals the material around every product automatically. All these are controlled by a PLC guidance program, and the cutting head is provided with a specially designed safety guard to make sure that it operates safely and securely.
This is an automatic l type sealing machine that is used to dispense, wrap and seal products automatically and uniformly with little human effort on the part of human operator. After the item is sealed, it is passed through a thermal shrink tunnel where the heat is controlled to evenly wrap the film round the product. The outcome is a clean, tight, and professional finish that improves the look of the products, as well as serves as protection in storage, transport, or display in the retail outlets market.
