Our Auto Bundling System Machine (ABS) is designed to integrate seamlessly with high-speed production lines, handling up to 55 bags per minute. This bundling machine fully automated, hands-off system increases productivity, reduces labor costs, and ensures consistent, precise bundling.

The ABS automatically collects single-bag products and arranges them into various stacking matrices, including 2×5, 2×6, 4×3, 4×4, 4×5, and 4×6, tailored to your packaging requirements. After stacking, the system forms square or rectangular bundles, secures them with bands, and neatly stacks the finished bundles for efficient downstream handling.

Only a material handler is needed at the end of the line to move bundles into storage, making the ABS a reliable and efficient solution for operations that demand speed, accuracy, and minimal manual intervention. It is ideal for packaging environments seeking to automate and streamline their bundling process.
